This guide will walk you through both options, allowing you to streamline account setup and create a COA that aligns with your business needs.

Step 1: Import a COA with AI

1. Click the “AI Generate” button and select “Import Account".
2. Paste a detailed description of your COA requirements and structure.
3. Click “Submit", and the AI will generate a custom COA based on your description.

Step 2: Generate a new COA with AI

1. Click the “AI Generate” button and select “New Account".
2. Enter your industry, account type, and a brief description of your business activities, including sources of revenue and expenses.
