Help Center Getting Started How to Access Point of Sales (POS) as a Team Member in Tyms
If you were added as a team member with POS access, you may be prompted to provide a Business ID during login(https://app.tyms.io/pos/login) or setup. If you don't know this ID, it can prevent you from accessing the system.
Solution:
Find Your Business ID in the Invitation email sent. The Business ID is included in the invitation email sent when you were added to the Tyms account. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email subject "Team Access Invitation on Tyms" .
- Use the Business ID provided in this email to complete your login or setup process.
What to Do If You Didn’t Receive the Email
If you didn’t receive the email or misplaced it, you can:
- Ask the account owner to resend the invitation.
