Receipts are vital for accurate financial records, consumer protection, and facilitating financial and legal processes.
Here is a brief guide on generating a receipt for your existing record.
Steps in creating a receipt for your existing record:

Begin by clicking on https://mybook.tyms.africa/dashboard/receipts to go to the receipts page.

Click on the action button on the right-hand side of the record you want to generate a receipt for.

Click on the "View receipt" button and you will be directed to the page where your receipt is displayed.

You can click on the "Download receipt" button just above it and it will be saved as a PDF document to your device.

You can also customize the receipt by clicking the "Configure receipt" button. This would allow you to enter your preferred receipt number.

You can select another receipt colour if you would like to change the appearance of the receipt to suit your business.
Click on the "Save" button to apply the changes to your receipt.
